We offer courses that cover a range of chronological, geographical, and generic categories, including Peninsular and Latin American literature and visual culture from the pre-modern period to the present day, as well as courses in literary theory.
The Spanish – Hispanic Literature Emphasis program from University of Arizona offers students the opportunity to prepare for a variety of careers, including Teaching, Communications, Public Relations, and Tourism. While doing this subplan, students will take the Service Learning class, which is aimed at helping them to become aware of the needs of the community and at the same time more engaged in the improvement projects.
